- How do I return an item purchased through this site?
We want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. We have a no quibble return policy.
If you would like to return something, for any reason at all, we won't quibble. You have up to 30 days to make your mind up about any order. As long as we receive the returned item complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with the original packaging within a month of the receipt of your order, we'll exchange or refund it, no questions asked.
Please note for all PPE Face Protection products: these need to be returned unopened with seals intact.
For all Sports Injury Protection products, the product must be unworn and in resalable condition in order for a refund to be processed.
If you paid for an upgraded delivery service, we will only refund this if the incorrect items were delivered or the items are faulty.
